By empowering global community "beleaders," NFT artists and creators to freely dream, explore, experiment, collaborate and build legacy projects over the course of 12 months, we are showing what is possible when visionaries and dreamers are valued and supported to actualize opportunities.
Customizing the digital and physical residency for each artist, wherever they are in the world, just makes sense. The aim is to give creators from all walks of life roadmaps from survival to thrival. Empowering them to dream, create and innovate in their own way, gives each the best chance at success in realizing their way to balance and sustainable wellbeing.

DIGITAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Balancing working inside the metaverse while thriving in the outside world looks unique for each beleader. An essential part of the residency application and approval process is the ability for each artist to take initiative, show up, innovate and create independently as well as balance being part of a team building collaboratively. They dream, customize, design and implement their own balance roadmaps, passion projects, action plans and select digital tools that work best for them. The variety of creative disciplines and digital tools adds a richness to the experience for each resident as they learn from each other, practicing the “each one, teach one” model of knowledge sharing. Documenting their personal growth, creationshipping, sharing roadmaps and educational materials are all components of the public works campaign of paying legacy forward for all to learn from their examples. They are modeling collective beleadership throughout their experiential, educational journeys and documenting this trailblazing collaborative social initiative is part of the innovative residency design.

Coco’s Dream Project for 2022 is to design and lead the development of a creationshipping app. A digital ecosystem co-created with women and children will make sure it is intuitive for small hands and growing minds.

Researching and beta test digital tools aligned with values of community building, creative expression, knowledge and skill-sharing that integrate, collaborate and play well with others is a key component of Coco’s residency roadmap.
