Dreams actualized for me looks like paying dreams forward for future dreamers.
Changing the world and living my dream is way more fun in good company. Taking you on this journey of walking in a parallel universe of consciousness and sharing my experience of being in space timelessly on the blockchain, is about letting go of expectations, sharing poetry and collaborating with a sense of possibility. There are always lessons to be learned and enjoying the process of transformational for me is living with an awareness that change is the one constant. I certainly have no expectation of perfection and know from experience we all make mistakes, but I choose to see the beauty, solutions and problems as opportunities for growth. One of my favorite quotes from Einstein sums up this choice:
“There are two ways to live your life, one is as if nothing is a miracle, the other is as if everything is a miracle.”
The space for creatives is ever changing with the developments in blockchain technology. New ways of monetizing for creators are being innovated daily and ideas can be brought to market faster than ever before.
Customizing the digital and physical residency for each artist, wherever we are in the world, just makes sense. Our shared aim is to give creators now and into the future, from all walks of life, successful roadmaps to be able to travel from survival to thrival. Empowering us all to dream, create and innovate in our own way, gives us each the best chance at success as we explore and converse our way to balance collectively and realize sustainable wellbeing interdependently and together inside out and inside out.
DIGITAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Balancing working inside the metaverse while thriving in the outside world looks unique for each leader now and into the future. An essential part of the residency application and approval process is the ability for each artist to take initiative, show up, innovate and create independently as well as balance being part of a team building collaboratively. They dream, customize, design and implement their own balance roadmaps, passion projects, action plans and select digital tools that work best for them. The variety of creative disciplines and digital tools adds a richness to the experience for each resident as they learn from each other, practicing the “each one, teach one” model of knowledge sharing. Documenting their personal growth, creationshipping, sharing roadmaps and educational materials are all components of the public works campaign of paying legacy forward for all to learn from their examples.

Seeding Dreams
Coco’s Dream Project is to design and lead the development of a creationshipping app. Fostering a digital ecosystem for co-creation is the underlying intention of her experiential experiment. Noting how few women are leading in tech design, she is prioritizing accessibility, while exploring and implementing best practices learned from web 2.0. Understanding and preparing for the changes introduced in the emerging web 3.0 ecosystem, means taking into consideration safety for children and how to best educate future generations to be digital indigenous citizens. Making sure the app is intuitive for small hands and growing minds is aligned with her vision of creating a soft, safe landing place to enjoy open ended play and grow a sense of belonging in loving community.

Feeding Innovation
Researching and beta test digital tools designed for web 3.0 aligned with values of imaginative play, community building, creative expression, mental health and wellness, knowledge and skill-sharing are a main component of Coco;s digital residency roadmap. She will be exploring and experimenting with digital tools and platforms that integrate, collaborate and play well with others. It takes a village in this pass the baton marathon of collective innovation, so continually partnering and conversing with other women beleaders across industries will help show what is possible when women trust, believe in and nurture each other’s dreams. Caring about each other’s thrival and practicing what that looks like while considering the global impact of digital tools on users from all walks of life, especially children, is a key component of Coco’s residency design.

Common Unity Building
Designing for balance, common unity and a safe sense of belonging are driving considerations in her approach to building a thriving ecosystem of connected communities working together for the greater good. She will be looking at how technological developments are providing actual beneficial impacts for people in the outside world and where there are opportunities to pay forward social skills, useful knowledge such as financial literacy and how they can provide empowerment for future creators to dream and build in the metaverse. A trust circle of creationshipping digital indigenous citizens inside, balancing lived experience outside in collaboration—seamlessly bridging local to global community for sustainable thrival is a measure of her passion project’s success.
